This is usually because [Server Name], [Server Address], or [Test Connection] wasn't filled in. If you see "Please contact an admin" or a tracking code, please reach out to an admin on Discord for help.
It could also be because the server is hosted on Aternos or Minehut, we don't allow adding those types of servers.

The site provides an auto-login feature, once you've logged in on a device, closing and reopening your browser will log you back in automatically. You can check your login status in the nav bar's [Login History] and immediately sign out any suspicious session.
This may be because our API happened to detect your server as offline at that moment, so it's temporarily shown as offline. Don't worry, the system will automatically re-check the status within 10 minutes. Please make sure your server is actually online.
